As an approved NICEIC Electrical Contractor, we are qualified to test and inspect all forms of electrical work, including single and three-phase installations. We conduct regular electrical inspections for new tenancy agreements and for renewing expired electrical condition reports, which must be updated every five years. Our services also extend to commercial electrical testing for chartered surveyors, the retail industry, and serviced offices.<\/p><p>Upon arrival at your premises, our electricians will present their NICEIC Approved ID cards. The engineer will explain the testing process and inform you when it will be necessary to turn off the power before commencing with the required electrical tests.<\/p><p>After completing the electrical condition report, the electrician will review their findings and test results with you.
